Cloud covered Kanchenjunga from Pelling
This is Pelling, west of sikkim, the place known for its awesome view of the serene Kanchenjhunga. I woke up one fine ealy morning with a hope to catch the view of the Worlds third highest Himalayan peak. Although to my disappointment I was unable to see the mountain but I was completely mesmerized by the view of the vast cloud that covered the whole range that took me so close to the nature.

Lovely view from Hotel Room in Pelling, Sikkim, India
This is the view I got when I step out in the balcony of my Hotel room (Hotel Garuda) in Pelling. May be nothing spectacular, but after half a day journey it was very refreshing for me. I will complain the journey though, thanks to the scenic beauty I came across.

Countryside, West Bengal
This view I am cherishing from my childhood, the day I started boarding trains. But I suddenly realized that I never took a snap of it. It is of course not possible in those days. Thanks to my cell phone I am able to capture one now. This time I was travelling by a crowded local train from Kharagpur to Howrah and fortunate to capture this lush green paddy fields with blue sky.
